Key Metrics Explained

  • Active Chats - The number of conversations with recent activity. A higher number means more engaged fans.
  • Unread Messages - Messages you haven't read yet. Keep this low to maintain fast response times.
  • Pending Unlocks - Content you've sent as locked (PPV) that fans haven't unlocked yet. These represent potential earnings.
  • Messages Sent - Total messages you've sent in the selected time period. Tracks your output and engagement level.
  • Media Sent - Number of images, videos, and audio files you've shared. Media-rich conversations tend to drive more unlocks.
  • Unlock Actions - The number of times fans have unlocked your PPV content. Directly reflects your monetization success.
  • Average Response Time - How quickly you typically reply to fan messages. Faster response times correlate with higher fan satisfaction and retention.

Pay close attention to your Pending Unlocks metric. If you have many pending unlocks, consider following up with a friendly message to encourage fans to check out the content you sent them.

Using Metrics to Improve

Compare your metrics week over week. If active chats are declining, consider posting new content or reaching out to fans who haven't messaged recently. If your unlock rate is low relative to the locked content you send, experiment with lower prices or more compelling previews.
