How Payouts & Refunds Work
Understand when you get paid and how refunds are handled
How You Get Paid
All payments from fans (subscriptions and PPV unlocks) are processed through Stripe and go directly to your connected bank account. MomentWith.me does not hold your funds or take a platform cut.
Payout Schedule
Stripe typically pays out on a rolling basis. The exact schedule depends on your country and Stripe account status. New accounts may have a short initial hold period (usually 7 days) while Stripe verifies your account. After that, payouts are typically daily or weekly depending on your Stripe settings.
Fees
- Platform fee: 0% - MomentWith.me does not charge a commission
- Stripe processing: ~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (varies by country)
- Your take: approximately 97% of every payment
Managing Refunds
Since payments go directly to your Stripe account, refunds are your responsibility. If a fan requests a refund, you can issue it through your Stripe Express dashboard.
Access your Stripe dashboard
Go to Payments in your creator dashboard and click the link to access your Stripe Express dashboard.
Find the payment
Locate the specific transaction in your Stripe payment history.
Issue refund
Click "Refund" on the transaction. You can issue a full or partial refund.
Refunds are entirely at your discretion. MomentWith.me does not automatically issue refunds on your behalf. Handle refund requests promptly to maintain good standing with your fans and with Stripe.
