Privacy Settings
Control what information is visible to other users on the platform.
Visibility Controls
- Show online status - Toggle whether fans can see when you're currently online
- Show last seen - Toggle whether fans can see when you were last active
- Show bio - Toggle whether your bio is visible on your profile
Hiding your online status and last seen can reduce pressure to respond immediately, but may also reduce fan engagement. Find the balance that works for you.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time. This is an irreversible action.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your profile is immediately removed from public view
- Your personal information (name, email, bio, avatar) is anonymized
- Chat conversations are anonymized - your messages show a generic "Deleted User" label
- Financial records (transaction history) are retained as required by law but are not linked to your identity
- Your Stripe Connect account remains active under your control - MomentWith.me disconnects from it
- This action cannot be undone
How to Delete Your Account
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings from your dashboard.
Scroll to "Delete Account"
Find the account deletion option at the bottom of the settings page.
Confirm deletion
You'll be asked to type a confirmation phrase and enter your password to prevent accidental deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Make sure to withdraw any pending earnings from your Stripe account before deleting your MomentWith.me account.
