The auto-welcome message is sent automatically to fans when they first interact with you. It's your chance to make a great first impression, set expectations, and even include a content preview to encourage engagement right away.
Setting Up Your Welcome Message
Go to Automation settings
Navigate to Settings > Automation from your creator dashboard.
Enable auto-welcome
Toggle the auto-welcome message on.
Choose the trigger
Select when the message is sent: on a fan's first message to you, or when they start a new subscription.
Write your message
Compose your welcome text. Keep it warm, personal, and informative. Let fans know what to expect.
Add media (optional)
You can attach images, video, or audio to your welcome message. You can even include locked content with a PPV price - a great way to start monetizing from the first interaction.
Save
Save your settings. The message will now be sent automatically to every new fan.
Including a free preview photo or short video in your welcome message significantly increases early engagement. If you include locked content, keep the price low to encourage that first purchase.
Tips for a Great Welcome Message
- Thank the fan for subscribing
- Briefly introduce yourself and what they can expect
- Mention your posting schedule or content style
- Encourage them to reply - starting a conversation builds loyalty
- Keep it concise - long messages can feel overwhelming
