Speed Up Your Messaging
Saved responses are pre-written messages you can insert into any conversation with a single click. They help you respond quickly and consistently, especially for common questions and situations.
Response Categories
Organize your saved responses into categories for quick access:
- General - Everyday replies and casual messages
- Welcome - Greetings for new subscribers
- Tip Thanks - Thank-you messages for tips and purchases
- PPV - Messages to accompany locked content
- Promo - Promotional messages for bundles, new content, or tier upgrades
- FAQ - Answers to frequently asked questions from fans
Creating a Saved Response
Open saved responses
In the chat interface, click the saved responses button (bookmark icon).
Create new
Click "Add Response" and choose a category.
Write your message
Type the message text. You can also attach media (images, video, audio) to the saved response.
Save
Save the response. It's now available in the selected category for one-click use.
Using a Saved Response
When chatting, click the saved responses button, browse or search your templates, and click the one you want to use. The message is inserted into the chat input where you can edit it before sending or send it as-is.
Create multiple welcome messages and rotate them to keep your responses feeling personal. Fans appreciate variety even in templated messages.
