How to Send Locked Content
Open a conversation
Navigate to the chat with the fan you want to send content to.
Attach media
Click the attachment button and select the image, video, or audio you want to send.
Set a price
Toggle the lock option and enter your PPV price. The fan will need to pay this amount to view the content.
Send
Send the message. The fan sees a blurred preview with the price and an unlock button.
The Fan Unlock Flow
When a fan receives locked content, they see a blurred preview with the price displayed. They tap the unlock button, complete the payment through Stripe checkout, and the content is instantly revealed. The payment goes directly to your connected Stripe account.
Inner Circle subscribers automatically see all content unlocked - they are never charged for PPV content. Keep this in mind when sending locked content to a mixed audience.
Send a teasing text message before or alongside locked content to build anticipation. Context increases the likelihood of unlocks.
